■ Postfixがsmarthostに転送するときにSMTP認証するようにする

Re: smarthost with authenticationによると、

main.cfに以下を追加

# AUTH (client-side) 
smtp_sasl_password_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/sasl/client_passwords 

client_passwordsにドメイン名と、ユーザ名・パスワードを書く

dom.ain username:password 

とするようです。
